Jackson Walker Martin A.K.A. Muddy
Jackson Walker Martin is a 27-year-old filmmaker, photographer, and creative director based in New York City. A recipient of the nationally recognized BEA Award—one of only 20 winners nationwide—Jackson earned acclaim for his original music video "Around You."
Originally from a farm outside Omaha, Nebraska, Jackson’s Midwestern roots continue to shape his artistic perspective. His work spans editorial, commercial, and collaborative projects, including photography and video for The Reader Magazine, Omaha Symphony, Omaha World-Herald, and Onyx Automotive. He has partnered with an eclectic range of creatives and brands—from fashion designers and chefs to independent musicians and streetwear labels.
Notable collaborators include M34N STR33TS, Luigi Inc., Stacy Dreamstar, PMGM, Casino Gaines, Bucky P, Espy 11, Mitch Jordan, DeathGod, Ex Lover, and more—resulting in a visual portfolio that’s both wide-ranging and deeply personal.
Jackson has also independently produced five self-published magazines, curating local creative talent alongside his own photography, films, and project work. His lens moves fluidly between high fashion, automobiles, underground art, and documentary storytelling.
Now living and working in New York, Jackson is developing a slate of short films, with an eye toward future feature-length cinematic projects.
